The problem: signal vs. noise
Generative AI has democratised film production, leading to an explosion of content. However, the ecosystem lacks a dedicated distribution layer. Creators struggle to monetise, and viewers struggle to find content that meets basic standards of narrative and visual stability.
The solution: infrastructure for quality
GenFlix is the first streaming platform engineered for "High-Integrity" AI Cinema. We are solving the quality gap by combining a curated streaming destination with a proprietary forensic analysis tool (the GenFlix Certification Index (GCI)) that measures film stability.
3. The product ecosystem
- I.GenFlix Cinema (the destination):
A curated streaming environment for AI-generated films. Unlike open social feeds, the Cinema uses "Quality Signals" rather than engagement-only algorithms to surface content.
- II.GenFlix Studio (the tooling):
A browser-based command center for creators. It handles the end-to-end workflow: Secure upload → forensic analysis → metadata generation → global publishing.
- III.The GenFlix Certification Index (GCI):
Our proprietary IP. The GCI is a scoring framework (currently in beta) that uses multimodal AI to audit video files for consistency, stability, and narrative coherence. It provides the "Trust Signal" for the network.

GenFlix is a cloud-native platform designed for high-throughput media delivery and complex AI analysis, leveraging the Google Cloud ecosystem for global scalability.
Intelligence
Vertex AI and Gemini models power the GenFlix Certification Index (GCI), performing frame-by-frame analysis of character consistency and visual physics.
Compute
Backend services are orchestrated via Cloud Run to handle burst traffic during premieres.
Data
Analytics systems index viewer retention data against technical stability scores to refine The Index.
Media
High-fidelity assets are served via Cloud Storage, with identity managed by Firebase.
